Privacy Policy

This policy covers aiupworkproposalgenerator.com ("the site"), run by Muhammad Younus under the name Ultimate Freelancers. The site has no accounts, and it's built to keep as little of your data as possible.

What stays in your browser

• Your AI key is kept in this tab's session storage and is removed when you close the tab or press Forget.
• Saved projects, your first name, tone and language are kept in your browser's local storage so you don't retype them. Clear your browser data to remove them.
• Drafts and translations exist only on the page and are gone when you leave it.

What passes through our server

When you press Write, your browser sends the job post, your saved projects, your notes, your first name and your AI key over HTTPS to our server function (hosted on Supabase). That function forwards them to the AI provider you picked, such as Groq, Google, OpenAI or Anthropic, using your key, and returns the result to your browser. It doesn't store the request, the result or your key. Our hosting providers may keep standard technical logs (for example the time and status of a request) for security and debugging; these logs don't include your key or your proposal text.

The AI provider you choose processes your text under its own privacy policy and terms. Please check them, for exampleGroq, Google,OpenAI and Anthropic.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data.
• We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
• We don't connect to your Upwork account or collect anything from Upwork.
• We don't use your job posts or proposals to train AI models.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, and the proposal function runs on Supabase. Both process network data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service.

Your choices

You can use the tool without saving anything: skip the saved projects and close the tab when you're done. If you've emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we'll delete it.
